A picture shot with a camera with a 1" sensor. I was actually testing out the newly acquired camera and I was amazed by the dynamic range of the sensor, as evident here. Experts are saying there isn't a bad sensor in the last couple of years from tiny 1/3" all the way to mini-medium format. Any digital camera of the recent couple of years are capable of producing amazing pictures, the difference in sensor size results in very small differences in output quality. Once you settle on a sensor size, the cameras differ by their design philosophies, which is governed by their intended purpose, and thus their resulting haptics.
One point to note though -- the size of the camera bears little relationship to the size of the sensor it contains. Go to CameraSize.com and compare the size between an Olympus EM1mk2 and a Sony A9. The Oly is actually larger in two of the three dimensions (L/W/D), while the area of the sensor in the A9 is four times that of the Oly. The two cameras are intended for similar purposes. Go figure.....
