I haven't handled landscape scenes in B/W like this for a long while..... This is an eye opener for me -- this should have been shades of orange in the sky and shades of green in the bottom half. This picture required a large amount of post-processing -- much more than I usually apply to a picture like this, simply because of the huge difference in tonality between the sky and the field. In fact, I found the picture very susceptible to processing, I can apply ample amount on the sliders without fear -- the virtue of black and white..... Maybe I still haven't understand B/W yet.
