Salt fields are a wonder scene. It stretches over a vast flat and level area, immersed in brine most of the time, and during the time when the salt is about to crystallize, it was somewhere between opaque and translucent. The fields are an array of geometric shapes and reflections, changing colors and patterns, and are under the scorching sun most of the time (why not?). The wood plank provided access between fields and has endured lots of the weather elements, or else it would have perished.
