This is an impromptu picture -- this gentleman has been running this barber shop for over 20 years.  We walked past this "historic" but obscure barber shop and started peering inside, and this gentleman started talking to us, obviously due to the very prominent fact that we were from out-of-town.  Once the chat started, he was very enthusiastic in explaining the various tools and amenities of the shop, which was, in fact, quite barren.  We started snapping away and he cooperated with various poses with his many different tools.  I like this one particularly because it doesn't look like he was specifically posing for the picture.
