Flowers on a rock face

I sometimes wonder how a picture in my blog would appear in your monitor. I believe it could make or break a picture. In the last few weeks, I was blogging with my laptop while I was away from home, and I found it hard to describe what I saw on my screen. Although I worked from a mobile archive of some of my pictures, and they were just copied from my main archive, thus they should possess the same qualities as other pictures, yet they didn't look right. I just had to believe in myself and post the pictures. It led me to think I wasn't exactly conveying the same ideas when you were not seeing what I saw. For starters, the way Blogger shrink the pictures to fit in the blog, a lot of resolution was sacrificed, and the easiest way to see a better version of the picture is the click on the picture to see a 100% resolution of the picture. But that won't do a bit in improving the colors (if they were color pictures).
