A lost ravine in Shen Yang |
We were travelling down a mountain road when I spotted this ravine in the midst of the moring sun. We were against the early morning sun and the trees with their fall colors and the grass were well illuminated. The tiny meadering stream down the valley was reflecting the bright sky, making its presence very prominent. The few leisurely sheeps grazing at the slope were silhouetted in gold. This together should make a great picture, but I am still not sure of the post-process I've done to this photo, I think the contrast is a bit too much, and the colors are not as lively as I think they should be. Good thing about digital photography is that you can always go back to the darkroom (literally, it's "Lightroom") and give it another try.
