Clouds and Rocks Along Washington Avenue |
This was taken a few hours ago. Gorgeous weather -- cool, sunny with shifting clouds to block the sun from time to time. I used a ultrawide angle lens to capture the shape of the shifting clous, and to exagerate the perspective of the rock formation. Without the ultrawide angle lens, the scene could be a little too boring. Of course, boring or not, it is entirely personal as I know a lot of masters considered the 35mm to be a wide angle lens. I consider it a little too long for a lot of my pictures. I know, the ultrawide angle lens is gimmicky.
