This was taken at the northern part of China, bordering North Korea. This place is a picnic area, where the city dwellers spend their holiday "in the country side". But there was music blaring, and this couple was dancing to the music, oblivious to the picnicking crowd, apparently all dressed for the dance. And strangely, nobody was taking notice, they just went on with their business. I guess judgement is for normal days, not for holidays.
