Two fishermen, doing their hundred years old trick, in this picture-perfect setting. Their actions synchronized, their positions optimized, and their attire color coordinated. You'll think I'm a lucky guy, huh. No, it was just too perfect. Something's wrong here. They were reenacting this hundred years old trick, not for the fish, but for the many photographers, including me, who were perched on high ground, in a perfect position, to capture the highly staged and directed performance of these two "actors". Oh, too bad, there's just no creativity involved, actually, no brain work here, just point and shoot.
It was fun getting up early in the morning, dragging your gear up the hill to this perfect lookout, waiting for the perfect picture to appear. But it's just no fun having these perfectly staged objects doing their act, with all the waiting "photographers" properly pampered. Dang, a morning spoiled.
