Every year around the same time, trees start to blossom everywhere, dotting the city with vibrant colors. The cotton flower is particularly short lived, flowering for only around 2 weeks. After that, the sidewalks are coated with an orange mush. Cotton flowers attract a lot of birds, likely because of their size. They also attracted a lot of photographers, likely for the same reason.
