Slow down, you move too fast, we gotta make the morning last.....

QingDao, XanDong
This is typical of any tourist attraction -- people seeing the scenery through the camera's rear display.  More and more people are seeing with their camera instead of their very own eyes.  They get to a place where they can see far and wide, then they grab their camera, compose through the display screen, snap, and they are ready to move on, knowing that they have the record.  Shouldn't we be appreciating the scene, taking in the beauty in front of us, squinting at the glaring sun, feeling the breeze in our face, listening to the quietness around, and then, determine that there is something we want to capture so that we can re-tell the story, share our special point of view, or simply record the scene so as to help us remember what we saw?
Instead, we choose to enjoy the scenery on the computer screen back home, and accept whatever was recorded by the sensor chip, not remembering what we actually saw.  Shouldn't we slowdown, appreciate the scenery, and THEN determine if we have a picture to take?
